QARTA means paper in Old Georgian. Under that name we began turning digital pictures into stories you can hold. In an age when thousands of pictures get lost behind a screen, QARTA brings back the warm, forgotten ritual of touch.

It all began in 2020. During the pandemic, when time seemed to stand still, we went back through our pictures and realized how many moments that mattered were kept behind a screen. We wanted to turn those memories into a book we could open again and again.

For us, this is more than printing pictures. We want the moments that matter not to fade with time, or to live only in the heart. We want you to be able to open the book whenever you like and feel those minutes again. And of course, we want your story to pass from one generation to the next.

It makes us very happy when you come back to us for a new photobook, for yourself or as a gift for someone close. Some of you already have a whole collection at home. That is exactly why we use only quality materials and stay in touch with you at every stage of your order.

We are proud that every photobook is made in Georgia, in our own workshop, by the hands of a small team. We still do this work with the same warmth, patience and love, because every book is part of your life.
