How do I choose a print size?

Prints come in six lines, each on the paper its size deserves:

• Everyday and Square prints, 5x7 to 15x21 cm, on thick 350 gsm matte card
• Retro prints (a square photo with a caption band) and Photo strips (5x15 cm)
• Collage prints, 10x15 and 15x21 cm, with 2 to 6 photos on one print
• Large Format prints, 20x20 to 50x70 cm, on 210 gsm lustre photo paper

Consider:
• Where the print will live (album, fridge, frame, wall)
• Phone photos are 4:3: a 3:4 size like 30x40 fits without a crop, 2:3 sizes crop a little, squares crop more
• How many you need (larger packs cost less per print)

How many prints can I order?

Accepted Answer

Every line sells fixed packs, sized so each pack fills whole press sheets or roll strips, which is what keeps the price per print down:

• Everyday, Square, Collage and Strips: packs from 8 to 144 prints, by size
• Large Format: packs of 1 to 4 prints per size

All prints in a pack are one size. For another size, add a second pack; both ship in one box.

Save when you order more:
• Add 2 or more photo print packs to your bag and get 10% off.

You can mix different photos within a pack; each photo can be printed in the quantity you need.

How do I add photos for printing?

1. Select your desired print size and quantity.
2. Click the "Upload Photos" button
3. Upload your photos and select how many copies of each you want.
4. Review your order and proceed to checkout.

You can upload multiple photos at once and adjust quantities for each individually.

Question 4

Which photo formats can be uploaded?

Accepted Answer

• On QARTA you can upload any photo in JPG, JPEG, PNG, HEIC or DNG.
This can be both professional photographer's work and smartphone shots.

• For best print quality, we recommend photos with at least:
  - 7x7 cm: 830x830 pixels
  - 10x15 cm: 1180x1770 pixels
  - 20x30 cm: 1600x2400 pixels
  - 30x40 cm: 2400x3200 pixels (a 12 MP phone photo is fine)
  - 50x70 cm: 4000x5600 pixels (a 20 MP photo or a camera file)

• If an uploaded photo is low quality, you will see a warning sign, in such cases, it's better to replace the photo with a higher quality file.

• Please note: Photos downloaded from social networks are often compressed. Upload original files for best quality.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery pricing: • Tbilisi: free (1-2 business days) • Batumi, Kutaisi, Telavi, Zugdidi: 10₾ (2-3 business days) • Other regions: 10₾ (2-4 business days) Couriers deliver 15:00 - 22:00 in Tbilisi and 11:00 - 20:00 elsewhere.
