How to Order a Photobook
Step-by-step guide to placing your photobook order, from finished design to delivery.
Before You Order
Make sure you have:
- Finished your design (or completed your Service Mode upload)
- Reviewed every spread in the preview
- Resolved any low-resolution photo warnings
- Confirmed your size, page count, and cover
1. Add to Cart
Open your finished project and click "Add to Cart". Verify:
- Photobook title and size
- Page count and cover type
- Quantity (you can order multiple copies of the same design)
2. Review Your Cart
Open the cart (top-right). Here you can:
- Update quantities
- Remove items
- Apply a promo code or gift card — paste the code into the discount field and tap Apply
The cart shows your subtotal, any discounts, and the order total.
3. Checkout
Click "Checkout". You will be asked to:
- Sign in (or continue as a registered user)
- Enter your delivery address — full name, phone, city, street
- Choose between Tbilisi delivery or regional delivery
4. Pay
QARTA supports multiple payment methods. Available options depend on your device:
- Credit / debit card (Visa, Mastercard)
- Apple Pay (on iOS / Safari with a saved card)
- Google Pay (on Android / Chrome with a saved card)
- TBC / Flitt embedded checkout
- Bank of Georgia direct checkout
Select your method and complete the payment. You'll receive a confirmation email immediately.

Need Changes After Ordering?
- Within ~2 hours of placing the order: email hi@qarta.ge with your order number, we can usually pause production.
- After production has started: we cannot modify the design — please place a new order if needed.
Common Questions
Can I order multiple copies of the same photobook? Yes — adjust the quantity in the cart. Each copy is printed identically.
Can I use a promo code together with a gift card? Yes. Apply them one at a time in the cart; both will be deducted from the total.
When will I be charged? At checkout. The full amount is captured at the moment payment is confirmed.
