Question 1

How many photos fit?

Accepted Answer

Soft cover photo books come in 24, 32, 40 or 48 pages.

Each page holds up to 4 photos, so the most a book can take is four times its page count: 96, 128, 160 or 192.

That is the ceiling, not the recommendation. Books look best at roughly one photo per page and a little over, because fewer photos per page means larger images. Each size shows its own recommended range on the product page.

Question 2

What is a Soft Cover Photo Book?

Accepted Answer

Soft Cover Photo Books are our softcover photobooks, a lightweight, affordable option perfect for everyday memories.

• Flexible softcover binding, easy to hold and flip through
• Ideal for travel photos, everyday moments, and casual gifts
• More affordable than hardcover options
• Available in multiple sizes and page counts

Soft Cover Photo Books are perfect when you want a beautiful keepsake without the premium price, or when creating gifts for friends and family.

Question 8

What print quality can I expect?

Accepted Answer

For the production of our Soft Cover Photo Books, we use high-quality materials with a lightweight softcover design. Your photos are printed on smooth white paper and covered with matte lamination.

We use digital printing and production processes are fully automated, which ensures maximum speed and confidentiality of your photos and data. Our printing method guarantees that you will receive a product that will be executed with excellent quality.

Digital printing ensures color accuracy, photo detail, and fast production. The files required for digital printing must be high quality. Low-resolution photos may be printed with low detail or weak color rendering.

Question 9

Which photo formats can be uploaded?

Accepted Answer

You can upload JPG, JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC or DNG, up to 50MB per photo. Professional camera files and phone shots both work.

If a photo is too low-resolution to print well, you will see a warning on it in the editor. Replace it with a larger file when you do.

Photos saved from social networks or messaging apps are compressed and much smaller than the original, so upload the source file where you can.

Question 10

Can I use mobile or film photos?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Modern smartphones are equipped with high-resolution cameras, which allow you to create high-quality and detailed photos perfect for printing.

Film photos also look great in Soft Cover Photo Books. However, it is recommended that film photo scanning be performed at high resolution to preserve the quality and details. Film photos often have a natural grain effect, which can add a beautiful vintage character to your Soft Cover Photo Book.
