Question 1

What sizes do photo frames come in?

Accepted Answer

Our stainless steel frames come in five sizes:

• 30×30 cm: Square, with a square or circle photo window
• 30×40 cm: Portrait, for faces and couples
• 40×30 cm: Landscape, for wide moments
• 40×40 cm: Statement square, with a square or circle window
• 18×30 cm: Slim photostrip with three photos

All sizes share one proportional system: hang several plates on one line and the photo windows align.

Question 2

Which cut should I choose?

Accepted Answer

Each design is a different window cut into the steel:

• Square window (30×30 or 40×40 cm): one photo, the most classic look
• Circle window (30×30 or 40×40 cm): portraits and close-ups
• Portrait (30×40 cm) and landscape (40×30 cm): one photo, upright or wide
• Photostrip (18×30 cm): three photos in a column, like a photo booth strip

On the product page you can switch between the sizes of the same cut.

Question 3

What is the photo window?

Accepted Answer

Each frame is a solid steel plate with a window laser cut into its face: a square, a circle, or a tall photostrip opening. Your photo is printed and set behind the plate, so the picture shows through the window and the steel becomes the frame.

There is no mat and no glass, just brushed steel and your photograph.

Question 4

What materials are the frames made from?

Accepted Answer

Each frame is one solid plate of 1 mm brushed stainless steel, laser cut and hand folded.

• Brushed metal finish with a fine vertical grain
• Edges folded back 2 cm, so the plate floats off the wall
• No glass, nothing to shatter
• No visible hardware from the front

Every piece is handmade in Tbilisi.

Question 5

How do I upload my photo?

Accepted Answer

1. Choose your frame design and size.
2. Click "Upload photo".
3. Upload your photo, position and crop it inside the window, then save.

You can preview exactly how the photo will sit behind the steel before checkout.

Question 6

How long does production take?

Accepted Answer

Each frame is made to order. Production takes 2-3 business days (Saturday and Sunday excluded), including photo printing, assembly, and quality check.

Delivery is added on top:
• Tbilisi: 1-2 business days
• Batumi, Kutaisi, Telavi, Zugdidi: 2-3 business days
• Other regions: 2-4 business days

Question 7

How is the frame shipped?

Accepted Answer

Frames ship in a protective box with corner foam and edge guards. The steel arrives assembled with your photo already set behind the plate, ready to hang straight out of the box.

Question 8

How much does delivery cost?

Accepted Answer

Delivery pricing: • Tbilisi: 7₾, free over 149₾ (1-2 business days) • Tbilisi outskirts (Tskneti, Kojori, Betania, Tabakhmela, Shindisi, Kiketi, Tsavkisi, Okrokana, Mukhatskaro, Digomi village, Didi Lilo, Zahesi, Orkhevi, Ponichala): 10₾ (1-2 business days) • Batumi, Kutaisi, Telavi, Zugdidi: 10₾ (2-3 business days) • Other regions: 10₾ (2-4 business days) Couriers deliver 14:00 - 22:00 in Tbilisi and 11:00 - 20:00 elsewhere. The courier calls the number on your order before arriving. For more details, see: Delivery Options & Timelines

Question 9

How do I hang it on the wall?

Accepted Answer

Hidden keyhole slots are cut into the folded edge on the back. Put two screws in the wall, slide the plate on, and it hangs flush and level, no visible hardware.

Slots are cut on two edges, so every plate can hang in either orientation. For drywall, simple plastic anchors are enough; for brick or concrete, use masonry anchors.

Question 10

How do I clean and care for the frame?

Accepted Answer

Dust the steel with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. For fingerprints, wipe with a slightly damp cloth, then dry the surface so no water marks remain.

Avoid abrasive sponges, steel wool, and harsh chemicals such as bleach or lime remover, they can damage the brushed finish. Keep the frame out of direct sunlight to prevent the print from fading.
