Managing Your Account

Learn how to manage your QARTA account, update your profile, view orders, and manage your photo gallery.

Account Overview

Your QARTA account gives you access to:

  • Order history and tracking
  • Photo gallery storage
  • Saved photobook projects
  • Shipping addresses
  • Order preferences
  • Account settings

Creating an Account

Sign Up Process

  1. Click "Sign In" in the top right corner
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Check your email for a magic code
  4. Enter the code to verify your email
  5. Your account is created automatically

No Password Needed

We use magic link authentication:

  • More secure than passwords
  • No password to remember
  • Quick and easy access
  • Verification code expires after 15 minutes

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect:

  • Email address (required)
  • Name (for orders)
  • Phone number (for delivery)
  • Shipping address (when placing orders)

Signing In

Email Verification

  1. Go to qarta.ge
  2. Click "Sign In"
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Check your email inbox
  5. Enter the 6-digit code
  6. You're signed in!

Tips for Signing In

  • Check spam folder: Verification emails may go to spam
  • Wait a moment: Email may take 1-2 minutes to arrive
  • Request new code: Click "Resend code" if needed
  • Use same email: Always use the email you registered with

Stay Signed In

  • Browser remembers your session
  • Stay signed in on trusted devices
  • Sign out on shared computers
  • Sessions expire after 30 days of inactivity

Managing Your Profile

Viewing Your Profile

  1. Sign in to your account
  2. Click on your profile icon/name
  3. Select "Profile" from menu
  4. View and edit your information

Updating Personal Information

Email Address:

  • Email is your account identifier
  • Contact support to change email
  • Verification required for email changes

Name:

  • Click "Edit Profile"
  • Update first and last name
  • Save changes

Phone Number:

  • Required for order delivery
  • Update in profile settings
  • Used for delivery coordination

Profile Photo:

  • Optional profile picture
  • Click to upload new photo
  • Supports JPG, PNG formats

Managing Orders

Viewing Order History

  1. Sign in to your account
  2. Go to "My Orders"
  3. See all past and current orders
  4. Click any order for details

Order Information

Each order shows:

  • Order number and date
  • Product details
  • Order status
  • Total cost
  • Delivery information
  • Tracking information

Order Status Tracking

Track your order through stages:

  1. Order Received: Confirmed and paid
  2. In Production: Being printed
  3. Quality Check: Final inspection
  4. Shipped: On the way
  5. Delivered: Received

Downloading Invoices

  1. Go to "My Orders"
  2. Click on specific order
  3. Click "Download Invoice"
  4. PDF invoice downloads

Order Issues

If there's a problem:

  • Click "Contact Support" on order page
  • Include your order number
  • Describe the issue
  • We'll respond within 24 hours

Photo Gallery

What is the Gallery?

Your personal photo storage:

  • Upload photos once, use in multiple projects
  • Organized collections
  • Easy photo management
  • Secure cloud storage

Creating Albums

  1. Go to "My Gallery"
  2. Click "Create Album"
  3. Name your album
  4. Add photos to the album

Uploading Photos

To Gallery:

  1. Click "Upload Photos"
  2. Select photos from your device
  3. Choose destination album
  4. Wait for upload to complete

From Projects:

  • Photos uploaded to projects automatically save to gallery
  • Access them for future projects

Organizing Photos

Albums:

  • Create themed albums
  • Drag photos between albums
  • Rename or delete albums
  • Set album covers

Tags and Search:

  • Coming soon
  • Add tags to photos
  • Search by keyword
  • Filter by date

Deleting Photos

  1. Select photos to delete
  2. Click delete icon
  3. Confirm deletion
  4. Photos removed from gallery (but not from completed orders)

Storage Limits

  • Free storage with account
  • 5GB included
  • Additional storage available
  • Automatic photo compression for efficient storage

Saved Projects

Accessing Projects

  1. Go to "My Projects"
  2. View all saved photobook designs
  3. Continue editing anytime
  4. Projects save automatically

Project Features

Auto-Save:

  • Projects save as you work
  • No manual save needed
  • Resume from any device
  • Changes sync automatically

Editing Projects:

  • Click project to open editor
  • Make changes anytime
  • Save multiple versions
  • Projects saved for 1 year

Sharing Projects:

  • Coming soon
  • Share with family/friends
  • Collaborate on designs
  • Permission controls

Completing Projects

When ready to order:

  1. Open saved project
  2. Review all pages
  3. Click "Add to Cart"
  4. Proceed to checkout

Shipping Addresses

Managing Addresses

  1. Go to "Account Settings"
  2. Select "Shipping Addresses"
  3. View saved addresses
  4. Add, edit, or delete addresses

Adding New Address

  1. Click "Add Address"
  2. Fill in details:
    • Name
    • Phone number
    • Full address
    • City
    • Postal code (if applicable)
  3. Mark as default (optional)
  4. Save address

Default Address

  • Set one address as default
  • Used automatically at checkout
  • Can change during checkout
  • Update anytime in settings

Email Preferences

Managing Notifications

Control which emails you receive:

  • Order updates: Tracking and delivery
  • Promotional emails: Special offers and news
  • Product updates: New features and products
  • Tips and inspiration: Design ideas and how-tos

Unsubscribe Options

  1. Go to "Account Settings"
  2. Select "Email Preferences"
  3. Toggle notification types
  4. Save preferences

Or click "Unsubscribe" in any email footer.

Privacy & Security

Your Data

We protect your information:

  • Secure encryption
  • GDPR compliant
  • No selling of data
  • See our Privacy Policy

Account Security

Best Practices:

  • Use secure email
  • Don't share verification codes
  • Sign out on shared devices
  • Keep email account secure

Suspicious Activity:

  • Contact us immediately if you notice unusual activity
  • We'll investigate and secure your account
  • Change your email password if compromised

Data Download

Request your data:

  1. Contact support at hi@qarta.ge
  2. Request data export
  3. Receive within 30 days
  4. Includes all account information

Account Deletion

To delete your account:

  1. Contact support at hi@qarta.ge
  2. Verify your identity
  3. Confirm deletion request
  4. Account deleted within 7 days

Note:

  • Completed orders remain in our system for legal/accounting purposes
  • Photos and projects are deleted
  • Cannot be undone

Troubleshooting

Can't Sign In

If verification code doesn't arrive:

  1. Check spam/junk folder
  2. Wait 2-3 minutes
  3. Request new code
  4. Try different browser
  5. Contact support if issue persists

If code doesn't work:

  • Codes expire after 15 minutes
  • Request a fresh code
  • Copy-paste carefully (no spaces)
  • Check you're using latest email

Lost Access to Email

If you no longer have access to your registered email:

  1. Contact support at hi@qarta.ge
  2. Provide account details for verification
  3. Request email change
  4. Verify new email address

Missing Orders

If you can't see your orders:

  1. Verify you're signed into correct account
  2. Check email for order confirmation
  3. Search by order number
  4. Contact support with details

Photos Not Showing

If photos aren't appearing:

  1. Refresh the page
  2. Check internet connection
  3. Clear browser cache
  4. Try different browser
  5. Contact support if problem continues

Tips for Best Experience

  • Keep email address current
  • Add multiple shipping addresses
  • Organize photos in albums
  • Save projects frequently
  • Check order status regularly
  • Read order confirmations

āŒ Avoid This

  • Sharing verification codes
  • Using public Wi-Fi for payments
  • Deleting order confirmation emails
  • Waiting until last minute for issues
  • Ignoring account security
