Standard Delivery

- Cost: Free for orders over 50 GEL
- Cost: 10 GEL for orders under 50 GEL

Express Delivery
- Duration: 2-3 business days
- Cost: 15 GEL (all orders)
- Coverage: Tbilisi and major cities
- Tracking: Real-time updates available
- Priority: Expedited processing and shipping

Common Questions
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Before shipping:
- Contact us immediately at hi@qarta.ge
- Include your order number
- Provide new address details
- Changes possible if not yet shipped
After shipping:
- Address change not possible
- Contact carrier to attempt rerouting
- Additional fees may apply
What if I'm not home during delivery?
Options:
- Reschedule: Contact courier to arrange new time
- Alternative recipient: Someone else can receive with your permission
- Pickup point: Some carriers offer pickup location option
- Leave in safe location: Add delivery notes with instructions
Do you deliver to offices/businesses?
Yes!
- Provide office address and floor/suite number
- Include company name
- Add reception/contact person in notes
- Provide direct phone number
Can I track my courier in real-time?
For express delivery:
- Real-time tracking available
- SMS updates when courier is nearby
- Estimated arrival time provided
For standard delivery:
- Status updates at key milestones
- Final notification before delivery

Delivery Issues
Delayed Delivery
If your order is delayed:
- Check tracking for latest updates
- Verify estimated delivery date
- Contact us if beyond expected date
- We'll investigate with carrier
Compensation:
- Significant delays may qualify for refund

Damaged Package
If package arrives damaged:
- Don't accept delivery if obviously damaged
- Take photos of damage
- Contact us immediately at hi@qarta.ge
- Keep all packaging for inspection
We'll arrange:
- Free replacement
- Return pickup
- Full refund if preferred
Failed Delivery Attempt
If courier couldn't deliver:
- Check SMS/email for courier message
- Contact courier to reschedule
- Arrange pickup if preferred
- Update delivery instructions if needed
Redelivery:
- Usually free for first reattempt
- Additional fees may apply for multiple attempts
Lost Package
Very rare, but if package is lost:
- Report to us within 48 hours of expected delivery
- We'll investigate with carrier
- Full refund or free replacement offered
- Processing time: 5-7 business days
