Delivery Options

Standard Delivery

  • Duration: 5-7 business days
  • Cost: Free for orders over 50 GEL
  • Cost: 10 GEL for orders under 50 GEL
  • Coverage: All major cities in Georgia
  • Tracking: Available via your account

Express Delivery

  • Duration: 2-3 business days
  • Cost: 15 GEL (all orders)
  • Coverage: Tbilisi and major cities
  • Tracking: Real-time updates available
  • Priority: Expedited processing and shipping

Total Timeline

  • Standard: 7-10 business days from order
  • Express: 5-7 business days from order

What Counts as Business Days?

  • Monday through Friday
  • Excludes weekends and public holidays
  • Orders placed after 3 PM processed next business day

  5. Delivered

    • Delivered to address
    • Signature confirmation (if required)
    • Delivery photo (optional)

How to Track

  1. Via Your Account

    • Log into your account
    • Go to "My Orders"
    • Click on order number
    • View current status
  2. Via Email

    • Check order confirmation email
    • Click tracking link when provided
    • Updates sent automatically
  3. Via Tracking Number

    • Find tracking number in email or account
    • Use carrier's tracking website
    • Real-time updates available

Delivery Details

What to Expect

Before Delivery:

  • SMS/call from courier
  • Confirmation of delivery time
  • Option to reschedule if needed

During Delivery:

  • Courier arrives at scheduled time
  • Package inspection allowed
  • Signature may be required

After Delivery:

  • Confirmation email sent
  • You can leave a review
  • Keep packaging for returns (if needed)

  • Someone must be present: Signature may be required
  • Valid phone number: For courier coordination
  • Accurate address: Include apartment/office number
  • Delivery notes: Add special instructions if needed

Express Delivery Pricing

  • Flat rate: 15 GEL for all orders
  • No minimum: Available regardless of order value
  • Priority processing: Faster production and shipping

  • Corporate accounts: Custom delivery arrangements

Common Questions

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Before shipping:

  • Contact us immediately at hi@qarta.ge
  • Include your order number
  • Provide new address details
  • Changes possible if not yet shipped

After shipping:

  • Address change not possible
  • Contact carrier to attempt rerouting
  • Additional fees may apply

What if I'm not home during delivery?

Options:

  1. Reschedule: Contact courier to arrange new time
  2. Alternative recipient: Someone else can receive with your permission
  3. Pickup point: Some carriers offer pickup location option
  4. Leave in safe location: Add delivery notes with instructions

Do you deliver to offices/businesses?

Yes!

  • Provide office address and floor/suite number
  • Include company name
  • Add reception/contact person in notes
  • Provide direct phone number

Can I track my courier in real-time?

For express delivery:

  • Real-time tracking available
  • SMS updates when courier is nearby
  • Estimated arrival time provided

For standard delivery:

  • Status updates at key milestones
  • Final notification before delivery
  • Contact information for courier

Delivery Issues

Delayed Delivery

If your order is delayed:

  1. Check tracking for latest updates
  2. Verify estimated delivery date
  3. Contact us if beyond expected date
  4. We'll investigate with carrier

Compensation:

  • Significant delays may qualify for refund
  • Contact support to discuss options

Damaged Package

If package arrives damaged:

  1. Don't accept delivery if obviously damaged
  2. Take photos of damage
  3. Contact us immediately at hi@qarta.ge
  4. Keep all packaging for inspection

We'll arrange:

  • Free replacement
  • Return pickup
  • Full refund if preferred

Failed Delivery Attempt

If courier couldn't deliver:

  1. Check SMS/email for courier message
  2. Contact courier to reschedule
  3. Arrange pickup if preferred
  4. Update delivery instructions if needed

Redelivery:

  • Usually free for first reattempt
  • Additional fees may apply for multiple attempts

Lost Package

Very rare, but if package is lost:

  1. Report to us within 48 hours of expected delivery
  2. We'll investigate with carrier
  3. Full refund or free replacement offered
  4. Processing time: 5-7 business days

International Shipping

Currently:
