How to Place an Order
This step-by-step guide will walk you through the entire ordering process at QARTA.
Step 1: Choose Your Photobook
- Navigate to the Photobooks page
- Browse available options:
- Sizes: A4, A5, Square formats
- Paper Quality: Premium matte or glossy finish
- Binding: Hardcover or softcover options
- Click on a product to view full details
- Click "Create Photobook" or "Start Designing"
Step 2: Upload Your Photos
From Computer
- Click the "Upload Photos" button
- Select multiple photos (you can select many at once)
- Wait for the upload to complete
- Photos are automatically saved to your gallery
From Gallery
- If you've previously uploaded photos, access them from your gallery
- Select photos you want to use
- Add them to your current project
Photo Requirements
- Minimum resolution: 1MB per photo
- Recommended: 2MB+ for full-page prints
- Formats accepted: JPG, PNG, HEIC
- Maximum file size: 50MB per photo
Step 3: Design Your Photobook
Using the Editor
- Add Pages: Click "+" to add more pages
- Choose Layouts: Select from pre-designed templates
- Drag & Drop: Place photos in your desired positions
- Add Text: Include captions, dates, or descriptions
- Customize: Adjust colors, backgrounds, and borders
Editor Tips
- Use the zoom tool to check image quality
- Preview your design before ordering
- Save your progress frequently (auto-save is enabled)
- You can edit your project later from your account
Step 4: Add to Cart
- Review your photobook design
- Click "Add to Cart"
- Choose quantity (order multiple copies if needed)
- Continue shopping or proceed to checkout
Step 5: Checkout
Review Your Order
- Verify all items in your cart
- Check quantities and prices
- Apply any promo codes you have
Enter Shipping Information
- Full Name: Recipient's name
- Phone Number: For delivery coordination
- Address: Complete street address
- City: Select from dropdown
- Notes: Any special delivery instructions (optional)
Select Delivery Option
- Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days (Free for orders over 50 GEL)
- Express Delivery: 2-3 business days (+15 GEL)
Choose Payment Method
We accept:
- Visa/Mastercard credit/debit cards
- TBC Bank cards
- Bank of Georgia cards
- Online banking
All payments are processed securely through our payment partner.
Step 6: Confirm & Pay
- Review all details one final time
- Accept terms and conditions
- Click "Place Order"
- Complete payment
- You'll receive an order confirmation email
After Ordering
Order Confirmation
- Confirmation email sent immediately
- Includes order number and details
- Track your order status in your account
Production Timeline
- Design review: 1 business day
- Printing: 2-3 business days
- Quality check: 1 business day
- Shipping: According to selected option
Tracking Your Order
- Log into your account
- Go to "My Orders"
- Click on your order to see current status
- You'll receive updates via email
Need Changes?
Before Production Starts
- Contact us within 2 hours of ordering
- Email hi@qarta.ge with your order number
- Changes may be possible if production hasn't started
After Production Starts
- Orders cannot be modified once in production
- You can place a new order with corrections
- Check our return policy for more information
Common Issues
Payment Failed
- Check your card details

Photos Not Uploading
- Check your internet connection
- Try a different browser
- Reduce file sizes if very large

- Contact support with your email address
