How to Upload Photos to Your Gallery
Upload your photos into a gallery once, then reuse them across multiple photobooks or photo print orders.
Upload Methods
You can upload photos to your gallery in two ways:
Method 1: Drag and Drop
- Open your gallery
- Drag photo files from your computer
- Drop them into the upload area
- Wait for the upload to complete
Method 2: File Selector
- Click the "Upload Photos" button
- Select photos from your computer
- Click "Open" to start uploading
- Wait for the upload to complete
Supported File Formats
- JPG / JPEG — Recommended for photos
- PNG — Good for images with transparency
- WebP — Modern format with good compression
- HEIC / HEIF — Native iPhone format; works without conversion
RAW formats (CR2, NEF, ARW, etc.) and GIF are not supported. Convert RAW to JPEG at full resolution before uploading.
Photo Requirements
- Maximum file size: 50 MB per photo
- Minimum resolution: 1500 × 1000 px for acceptable print quality

Tips for Best Results
- Upload high-resolution photos for better print quality
- Organize photos by event or date
- Check photo orientation before uploading
- Remove duplicates to save space
Troubleshooting
Upload fails?
- Check your internet connection
- Ensure file size is under 50MB
- Verify file format is supported
Photo quality poor?
- Upload higher resolution images
- Check original photo quality
- Avoid heavily compressed files
