How to Check Gift Card Balance
Check how much credit you have remaining on your QARTA gift card.
Checking Your Balance
On Your Profile
- Sign in to your QARTA account
- Go to your profile page
- Your gift card balance is displayed in the gift card section
At Checkout
- Your available gift card balance is also shown during checkout in the payment summary section
Transaction History
Your gift card activity is tracked:
- Initial credit — When the gift card was added
- Orders — Amount used per order
- Remaining balance — Current available credit
Common Questions
I redeemed a gift card but don't see the balance — what happened?
- Make sure you're signed in to the correct account. Gift card balances are tied to the account that redeemed the code.
Can I add multiple gift cards to my account?
- Yes, balances from multiple gift cards are combined into one total balance.
My balance seems incorrect — what should I do?
