How to Redeem a Gift Card

Use your gift card balance to pay for QARTA products at checkout.

How Gift Cards Work at Checkout

Gift cards are applied automatically during checkout if you have a gift card balance on your account.

Automatic Application

1. Add items to your cart
2. Proceed to checkout
3. Your gift card balance is displayed in the payment summary
4. The gift card amount is deducted from your total
5. If the order total exceeds your gift card balance, pay the remaining amount with your card

Order of Discounts

When you have both a gift card and a promo code:

1. Gift card balance is applied first
2. Promo code discount is applied second
3. Any remaining amount is charged to your payment method

Adding a Gift Card to Your Account

If you received a gift card code:

1. Go to your account profile
2. Enter the gift card code
3. The balance is added to your account

Checking Your Balance

• View your current gift card balance on your profile page
• The balance updates after each transaction

Common Questions

Can I use a gift card for shipping costs?

• Yes, gift card balance applies to the entire order including shipping.

Can I transfer my gift card balance to someone else?

• Gift card codes can be shared before redemption. Once redeemed, the balance is tied to your account.

What if I return an order paid with a gift card?

• Refunds for orders paid with a gift card are returned to your gift card balance.
