QARTA delivers across Georgia. Times depend on the product, your creation mode (Design vs Service), and whether you're in Tbilisi or a region.

Photobook Delivery

Photo prints skip the design step — they print directly from your photos.

Delivery Area

We deliver anywhere in Georgia:

  • Tbilisi — citywide courier delivery to your door
  • Regional cities — courier delivery through partner network
  • Villages and remote areas — delivery to the nearest courier hub; we'll contact you about exact handoff

International shipping is currently not offered.

Shipping Cost

The exact shipping cost is shown at checkout based on your delivery address. Promotional bundles, gift cards, and seasonal offers may include free or reduced shipping.

Business Day Definition

Production and shipping happen Monday through Friday. Orders placed:

  • Before 18:00 on a business day — counted from the same day
  • After 18:00 or on a weekend/holiday — counted from the next business day

Public holidays in Georgia don't count toward business days.

How to Track Your Order

After your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with the courier's tracking number. You can also see order status in Account → Orders.

Receiving the Order

  • The courier calls the phone number you gave at checkout before arriving
  • Someone needs to be present to sign for hardcover photobooks (signature on delivery)
  • For Photo Prints and softcover items, you can usually leave delivery notes (e.g., "leave with neighbor")

What If I'm Not Home?

The courier will call. They typically attempt redelivery the next business day. After 2–3 missed attempts the package returns to our depot — we'll email you to arrange a new delivery time.

Damaged or Wrong Item?

Email hi@qarta.ge within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damage or wrong item
  • A short description

We replace damaged items at no charge.
