How to Cancel or Modify an Order

Learn what to do if you need to change or cancel your order after placing it.

Cancellation Window

  • You can request cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order
  • After 2 hours, your order may already be in production and cannot be cancelled

How to Cancel an Order

1. Contact Us Immediately

  1. Send an email to hi@qarta.ge
  2. Include your order number (found in your confirmation email or My Orders)
  3. State that you'd like to cancel the order

2. Wait for Confirmation

  • We'll review your request and confirm within 1 business day
  • If the order hasn't entered production, we'll process the cancellation
  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method

Modifying an Order

What Can Be Changed

Within the 2-hour window, you may request changes to:

  • Delivery address
  • Phone number
  • Delivery notes

What Cannot Be Changed

Once an order is placed, these cannot be modified:

  • Photobook design/content
  • Photobook size or options
  • Quantity (you can place a new order for additional copies)
  • Payment method

How to Request a Modification

  1. Email hi@qarta.ge within 2 hours
  2. Include your order number
  3. Describe the change you need

After Production Starts

Once your order enters production:

  • Cannot cancel — The order is in progress
  • Cannot modify — Changes are no longer possible
  • Can place a new order — If you need a different version, create a new order

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

Common Questions

How do I know if my order is already in production?

  • Check your order status in My Orders. If it shows "Processing" or later, production has likely begun.

Can I cancel one item from a multi-item order?

  • Contact us at hi@qarta.ge. Partial cancellations may be possible if the specific item hasn't entered production.
