How to Check Out & Pay

Complete your purchase and pay for your photobook order.

Before Checkout

Make sure you have:

  • Items in your shopping cart
  • An account (you'll be prompted to sign in if needed)
  • A valid payment method (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, or Google Pay)

Checkout Steps

1. Review Your Cart

  1. Click the cart icon in the navigation bar
  2. Review all items, quantities, and prices
  3. Apply a promo code if you have one (see How to Use a Promo Code)
  4. Click "Proceed to Checkout"

2. Enter Customer Details

Fill in your information:

  • Full name — As it should appear on the delivery
  • Email address — For order confirmation and updates
  • Phone number — For delivery coordination

3. Select Delivery

  • Choose your city from the dropdown list
  • Add any delivery notes (optional) — e.g., apartment number, entrance instructions
  • Review the delivery fee

Free shipping is available for orders over 50 GEL.

4. Select Payment Method

Payment is processed securely via the Flitt payment gateway. Available methods:

  • Visa / Mastercard — Enter your card details
  • Apple Pay — Pay with Face ID or Touch ID (on supported devices)
  • Google Pay — Pay with your Google account (on supported devices)

5. Place Your Order

  1. Review all details one final time
  2. Accept the terms and conditions
  3. Click "Place Order"
  4. Complete the payment process
  5. You'll see an order confirmation page

6. Confirmation

After placing your order:

  • You'll receive an email confirmation with your order number
  • Your order appears in My Orders
  • Track your order status at any time

Payment Security

  • All payments are processed through Flitt, a certified payment provider
  • Your card details are encrypted and never stored on our servers
  • Transactions are protected by 3D Secure authentication

Common Questions

Can I save my payment details for next time?

  • Payment details are handled by the Flitt payment gateway. Some methods (Apple Pay, Google Pay) remember your cards automatically.

What currency are prices in?

  • All prices are in Georgian Lari (GEL).

Can I pay in installments?

  • Currently, full payment is required at checkout.

What happens if my payment fails?

  • Your order will not be placed. Check your card details and try again, or use a different payment method.
