How to Delete a Gallery

Before You Delete

Important: Deleting a gallery is permanent and cannot be undone. All photos in the gallery will be automatically removed.

Things to Consider

• All photos in the gallery will be deleted automatically
• Any photobooks using photos from this gallery will not be affected
• The action cannot be reversed

Steps to Delete a Gallery

1. Open Gallery page

   • Find the gallery you want to delete
   • Click the trash icon on the gallery card

2. Confirm Deletion

   • A confirmation dialog will appear with "Delete Gallery" and "Cancel" options
   • Click "Delete Gallery" to proceed

3. Deletion Complete

   • The gallery and all its photos will be removed immediately
   • You'll be redirected to your Galleries page

What Happens After Deletion

• Photos: All photos in the gallery are permanently deleted from QARTA
• Designs: Existing photobook designs using these photos are not affected

Troubleshooting

Can't find the trash icon?

• Ensure you're the gallery owner
• Galleries linked to ordered designs are locked and the trash icon won't appear
• Try refreshing the page
