How to Track Your Order

Stay updated on your photobook order from production to delivery.

Order Statuses

Your order goes through these stages:

How to Check Your Order Status

1. Go to Your Orders

  1. Click the profile icon in the navigation bar
  2. Navigate to Orders
  3. You'll see a list of all your orders

2. View Order Details

  1. Click on an order to expand its details
  2. See the current status and timeline
  3. View the items in your order

Email Notifications

You'll receive email updates at key stages:

  • Order confirmation — Immediately after placing your order
  • Shipped — When your order is dispatched with tracking information
  • Delivered — Confirmation of successful delivery

Common Questions

My order has been "Processing" for a while — is something wrong?

  • Processing typically takes 1 business day. If it's been longer than 2 business days, contact us at hi@qarta.ge.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

  • Contact us at hi@qarta.ge within 2 hours of placing your order. We cannot change the address once the order has shipped.

What if my order is damaged during delivery?

  • Contact us at hi@qarta.ge with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement.
